THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, be and is hereby authorized to execute a Virginia Brownfields Restoration and Economic Redevelopment Assistance Fund Program Site Assessment and Planning Grant Performance Agreement between the City of Richmond, Virginia, and the Virginia Economic Development Partnership Authority for the purpose of enabling the Authority to provide a restoration and redevelopment grant of $50,000 to the City to assist in the assessment and evaluation of the potential redevelopment and reuse of the former Railroad Club located at 2908 P Street in the city of Richmond. The Virginia Brownfields Restoration and Economic Redevelopment Assistance Fund Program Site Assessment and Planning Grant Performance Agreement shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney and shall be substantially in the form of the document attached to this ordinance.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
