THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to accept funds in the amount of $178,170.00 from the Virginia Opioid Abatement Authority for the purpose of creating a resource map in collaboration with Henrico County to combat the opioid crisis.
? 2. That Article I, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2024-099, adopted May 13, 2024, which adopted a Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, be and is hereby amended by creating a new special fund for the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services called the "OAA Resource Mapping Project Special Fund" for the purpose of creating a resource map in collaboration with Henrico County to combat the opioid crisis.
?3. That the funds received from the Virginia Opioid Abatement Authority are hereby appropriated to the Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, by increasing estimated revenues by $178,170.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $178,170.00, and allotting to the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services' "OAA Resource Map...
