THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That Ordinance No. 2018-059, adopted May 14, 2018, which adopted the Capital Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, and made appropriations thereto, is hereby amended by transferring funds in the amount of $4,469,000 from the School Planning and Construction program and appropriating these transferred funds in the amount of $4,469,000.00 to the School Capital Maintenance program, for the purpose of funding capital maintenance needs of public schools in the city.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
