To amend Ord. No. 2017-139, adopted Jul. 24, 2017, which authorized the Chief Administrative Officer to submit a Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as an application for the receipt of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds; accepted funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the total amount of $6,405,321.00; and appropriated $7,148,848.00 for various projects, for the purposes of re-appropriating unexpended funds, appropriating additional funds in the total amount of $1,075,466.00, and reallocating funds for various projects.
