Title: To amend Ord. To amend Ord. THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That Ordinance No. 2020-055, adopted May 9, 2022, which adopted a General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, is hereby amended by increasing estimated revenues by $4,000.00 from the sale of surplus property for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023.

§ 2.                     That the funds received pursuant to section 1 of this ordinance are hereby appropriated to the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023, by increasing estimated revenues by $4,000.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $4,000.00 and allotting to the Department of Procurement Services the sum of $4,000.00,  for the purpose of paying expenses incurred for the online and in-person sale of surplus tangible personal property.

§ 3.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
