THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That the Chief Administrative Officer, for an on behalf of the City of Richmond, is hereby authorized to accept a donation of a spay and neuter trailer valued at approximately $140,300.00 from the Richmond Animal Welfare Foundation for the purpose of providing sterilization and other non-emergency surgical procedures for animals  by the Office of Animal Care and Control.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
