THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

§ 1.                     That the Chief Administrative Officer, on behalf of the City of Richmond, is authorized to execute a Standard Project Administration Agreement between the City of Richmond and the Virginia Department of Transportation for the purpose of administering the Commerce Road - (UPC 125367), Broad Rock Boulevard - (UPC 125368), Bells Road - (UPC 125369), and Commerce Road SGR - (UPC 125370) paving projects.  The Standard Project Administration Agreement shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney and shall be substantially in the form of the document attached to this ordinance.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
