To appoint Joyce L. Davis as the Interim Council Chief of Staff.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That Joyce L. Davis is hereby appointed to the position of Interim Council Chief of Staff for a term commencing upon adoption of this resolution and terminating upon the appointment of a Council Chief of Staff, and that as the Interim Council Chief of Staff, she shall have all the powers and duties conferred upon or required by law of the Council Chief of Staff.
