To amend Ord. No. 2025-057, adopted May 12, 2025, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by changing the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Eighth District pursuant to Va. Code ? 15.2-2503 for the use of the Council Member in the representation of the Eighth District.

WHEREAS, to comply with section 15.2-2503 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, Ordinance No. 2025-057, adopted May 12, 2025, includes the specific uses and funding allocation planned for the Council District Funds for the Eighth District as a page entitled "City Council Eighth District, FY26 Anticipated Expenditure List;" and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Richmond, as authorized by section 15.2-2503 of the Code of Virginia, desires to amend Ordinance No. 2025-057, adopted May 12, 2025, to change the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Eighth District to provide adjustments to the allocations for various approved uses by the Council Member in the representation of the Eighth District;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That Ordinance No. 2025-057, adopted May 12, 2025, which adopted the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, is hereby amended by modifying the attachment entitled "Council FY 2026 District Funds" to strike the page entitled "City Council Eighth District, FY26 Anticipated Expenditure List" and insert in its place the page attached to this ordinance entitled "FY 26 Council 8th District Appropriation Report" for the purpose of changing the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Eighth District pursuant to section 15.2-2503 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, for the use of the Council Member in the representation of the Eighth District.
