Title: To amend Ord. Title

To amend Ord. THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

I.                     That Ordinance No. 2021-105, adopted May 10, 2021, be and is hereby amended and reordained as follows:

§ 1.                     That the Director of Finance shall [credit] record all funds received by the City, whether from the United States government, the Commonwealth of Virginia, or otherwise, provided pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, H.R. 1319, 117th Cong., 1st Sess. (2021-2022) (the “Act”), [to a special reserve assigned] in the general ledger, to be managed in the Projects and Grants Module in the City’s enterprise resource planning system for purposes authorized by the Act for future appropriation by the Council of the City of Richmond only for expenditures authorized by the Act.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.

II.                     This amendatory ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
