BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:

                     That RJ Warren is hereby appointed to the position of Council Chief of Staff for an indefinite term beginning May 31, 2025, provided the appointee has satisfied all necessary pre-hiring requirements.
