To amend Ord. No. 2022-172, adopted Jun. 27, 2022, which authorized the Chief Administrative Officer to submit a PY 2022 / FY 2023 Annual Action Plan to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as an application for the receipt of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds; accepted funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the total amount of $8,826,296.00; and appropriated $8,826,296.00 for various projects, for the purpose of changing the subrecipient of HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds from the Better Housing Coalition to Cameo Street LLC.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
I. That Ordinance No. 2022-172, adopted June 27, 2022, be and is hereby amended and reordained as follows:
? 1. That the Chief Administrative Officer for, and on behalf of the City of Richmond, be and is hereby authorized and directed to submit a PY 2022 / FY 2023 Annual Action Plan to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, in the form of the document attached hereto and identified as Attachment C, as an application for the receipt of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds and to accept funds in the total amount of $8,826,296.00 ($4,714,570 - CDBG; $1,917,800.00 - HOME; $399,434.00 - ESG; and $1,794,492 - HOPWA) from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, as specified in the proposed 2022-2023 annual budget plan identified as Attachment [A] A1, a copy of which is attached to and incorporated into this ordinance.
