THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

                     § 1.                     That the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, is authorized to accept funds in the amount of $72,385.09 in revenue from SMG for the purpose of providing funding for expenses related to the RVA On Ice skating rink and associated 17^th Street Farmers Market improvements. 

                     § 2.                     That Ordinance No. 2019-042, adopted May 13, 2019, which adopted a Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, be and is hereby amended by creating a new special fund for the Department of Economic Development called the 17^th Street Farmers Market Special Fund for the purpose of providing funding for expenses related to the RVA On Ice skating rink and associated 17^th Street Farmers Market improvements. 

§ 3.                     That the funds received are hereby appropriated to the Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2020, by increasing estimated revenues by $72,385.09, and increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $72,385.09, and allotting to the Department of Economic Development’s 17^th Street Farmers Market Special Fund for the purpose of providing funding for expenses related to the RVA On Ice skating rink and associated 17^th Street Farmers Market improvements.

§ 4.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
