BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:

I.                     That Resolution No. 2025-R004, adopted January 8, 2025, be and is hereby amended as follows:

That the members of the Council of the City of Richmond are hereby appointed to serve as members of the Standing Committees of the Council and the various boards, commissions, and other collegial bodies on which Council members serve as set forth on the Schedule “A,” As Amended, attached to this resolution.  Each member’s term shall commence upon adoption of this resolution and expire December 31, [2028] 2026.

II.                     This amendatory resolution shall be in force and effect upon adoption.

*                     The City is allocated four votes on the Richmond Regional Planning District Commission, also known as “PlanRVA.”  If both of the two regular members are present, each regular member present will cast two of the City’s votes.  If one of the regular members is absent, the alternate member who is present to substitute for the absent regular member will cast the absent regular member’s votes.  If both of the regular members are absent and both of the alternate members are present to substitute for the absent regular members, each alternate member present will cast two votes.  If only one regular or alternate member is present, that regular or alternate member will cast all four of the City’s votes.
