To amend and reordain Ord. No. 76-61-59, adopted Apr. 26, 1976, as previously amended by Ord. No. 87-273-260, adopted Dec. 21, 1987, which authorized the special use of the real estate, a parcel of land, located at the northeast corner of Woodlawn Avenue and Grove Avenue, fronting 152 feet on Grove Avenue, and 160 feet, more or less, on Woodlawn Avenue, for the purpose of a physicians' office and general office purposes, upon certain terms and conditions, to modify the special use and certain terms and conditions. I. That Ordinance No. 76-61-59, adopted April 26, 1976, as previously amended by Ordinance No. 87-273-260, adopted December 21, 1987, be and is hereby amended and reordained as follows:
THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That the [real estate, a parcel of land, located at the northeast corner of Woodlawn Avenue and Grove Avenue, fronting 152 feet on Grove Avenue, and 160 feet, more or less, on Woodlawn Avenue, with improvements thereon,] property known as 4312 Grove Avenue and identified as Tax Parcel No. W019-0281/021 in the 2026 records of the City Assessor, being more particularly shown on a survey entitled "Plat Showing Improvements on # 4312 Grove Avenue Being a Part of Block 1 Grove Avenue Crest in the City of Richmond, Virginia," prepared by Gene Watson & Associates, P.C., and dated March 18, 2014, a copy of which is attached to and made a part of this amendatory ordinance, is hereby permitted to be used for physicians' offices[.], general office purposes, and a veterinary clinic.

That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized to issue the owners of the real estate, or their successor or successors in fee simple title, a [special use permit] building permit for such purpose, and to permit the construction of an addition to the building thereon as shown on the plan entitled: "Addition to Medical Building, 4312 Grove Avenue, Richmond, Va."
