To transfer a strip of land 20 feet, more or less, in width adjoining the west right of way line of Hopkins Road, the southeast corner of which is a point lying in the west right of way line of Hopkins Road that lies 208.34 feet north of the point of intersection of the said west right of way line of Hopkins Road and the north right of way line of Walmsley Boulevard, containing 28,144 square feet, more or less, shown hatched on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 0-21511, entitled: "Proposed Acquisition of Property for Street Widening Along the west Line of Hopkins Road from Grindall Creek to a Point Approximately 380 Feet South", from the Trustees of the Richmond Public School System to the Department of Public Works for the propose of street improvement, construction and maintenance, and inclusion within the public street system of the City.
