To close to public use and travel a portion of Fergusson Lane, lying at the southeast corner of Fergusson lane and abutting the north boundary line of Lot 15, Block 11811, Cornwallis Court, a distance of 51.41 feet and extending along the easterly terminus of Fergusson Lane in a northerly direction a distance of 50.37 feet, containing 586.16 square feet, more or less, the portion of said Fergusson Lane to be closed shown shaded on plan prepared by Department of Public works, Drawing No. N-21563, dated July 17, 1986, entitled: "Proposed Closing of a Portion of Fergusson lane at its Terminus, East of Dorset Road, and Establishing a Permanent Turnaround", upon certain terms and conditions.
