To accept the offer of Ethel Gatewood Drummmond, widow, to Convey to the City of Richmond for $35,000 a parcel of land containing 2,500 square feet, more or less, known, numbered and designated 704 North Fifth Street (Parcel 10), lying 44 feet, in a course N 36 ? 20' 48" E, north of the intersection of the north right of way line of Jackson Street and the east right of way line of Fifth Street, fronting 20 feet on Fifth Street and extending back westerly between parallel lines a distance of 125 feet, more or less, to the east right of way line of a north-south alley that extends northerly from the north right of way line of Jackson street to the south right of way line of Duval Street, necessary for establishing a visitor's orientation center, as shown shaded upon the copy of the plan on file in the Department of Public Works, marked "Drawing No. P-21564."
