To authorize the use of the real estate known as 3500 Patterson Avenue, containing 7,840 square feet, more or less, located on the northwest corner of Patterson Avenue and Nansemond Street, being more completely described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection of the north right of way line of Patterson Avenue and the west right of way line of Nansemond Street; thence extending in a westerly direction along the north right of way line of Patterson Avenue 56.00 feet to a property line; thence extending in a northerly direction 140.00 feet between parallel lot lines to a 15-foot alley, for continuance of use (non-conforming) as a dental office and the construction of a one-story addition containing 450 square feet, more or less, to be used for such dental office purpose, together with accessory parking, substantially as shown on site plan, floor plans and elevation drawings, entitled: "Dental Office for Dr. F. Carr DDS, Richmond, Va.", upon certain terms and conditions.
