BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That LaTesha S. Holmes is hereby appointed to the position of Council Chief of Staff for an indefinite term beginning January 17, 2023, provided the appointee has satisfied all necessary pre-hiring requirements.
