BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That Whitney Brown is hereby appointed to the position of Council Liaison beginning February 28, 2022. However, such appointment shall not become effective until the appointee has satisfied all pre-hiring requirements for this position.
