To amend Ord. No. 2019-042, adopted May 13, 2019, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2019-2020
Special Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by increasing estimated revenues from the fee for an electronic summons system imposed by City Code § 12-122 and the amount appropriated to the Department of Police’s Police eTicket Account Special Fund by $15,000.00, to provide for the implementation and maintenance of a new electronic summons system.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That Ordinance No. 2019-042, adopted May 13, 2019, which adopted a Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2020, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, be and is hereby amended by increasing estimated revenues from the fee for an electronic summons system imposed by section 12-122 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015), as amended, by $15,000.00.
§ 2. That the funds resulting from the imposition of the electronic summons system fee described in section 1 of this ordinance are hereby appropriated to the Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2020, by increasing estimated revenues by $15,000.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $15,000.00, and allotting to the Department of Police’s Police eTicket Account special fund the sum of $15,000.00 for the purpose of providing for the implementation and maintenance of a new electronic summons system.
§ 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
