Title: To amend Ord. THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

§ 1.                     That Ordinance No. 2018-057, adopted May 14, 2018, which adopted the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, and made appropriations thereto, is hereby amended by transferring funds in the amount of $516,736.00 from the Non-Departmental agency, Employee Salary Adjustments-Compensation/Classification Study line item,  and appropriating these transferred funds in the total amount of $516,736.00  to various departments as shown on the attachment to this ordinance entitled “Attachment” to fund the estimated costs of increasing salaries of specific employees to the minimum of new pay ranges and to increase the salaries of those employees earning less than a living wage.

§ 2.                     This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
