To authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to accept funds in the amount of $860,451.00 from Central Virginia Investments/Rocketts Landing, LLC; to amend the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Capital Budget by establishing a new project in the City Facility Maintenance & Improvements category called the “Hopkins Road Transfer Station Repairs” project; and to appropriate the funds received to the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Capital Budget by increasing revenues and the amount appropriated to the new Department of Public Works’ Hopkins Road Transfer Station Repairs project by $860,451.00 for the purpose of making structural and architectural repairs to the Hopkins Road Transfer Station.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That the Chief Administrative Officer is authorized to accept funds in the amount of $860,451.00 from Central Virginia Investments/Rocketts Landing, LLC, pursuant to a Utility Facilities Agreement between the City of Richmond and Central Virginia Investments/Rocketts Landing, LLC, dated November 2, 2016, and authorized by Ordinance No. 2016-206, adopted September 12, 2016.
§ 2. That Ordinance No. 2018-059, adopted May 14, 2018, adopting the Capital Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, be and is hereby amended by establishing a new project in the City Facility Maintenance & Improvements category called the “Hopkins Road Transfer Station Repairs” project for the purpose of making structural and architectural repairs to the Hopkins Road Transfer Station.
§ 3. That the funds received are hereby appropriated to the Capital Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, by increasing revenues by $860,451.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $860,451.00, and allotting to the new Department of Public Works’ Hopkins Road Transfer Station Repairs project in the City Facility Maintenance & Improvements category the sum of $860,451.00 for the purpose of making structural and architectural repairs to the Hopkins Road Transfer Station.
§ 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
