To rename the Bike Share System special fund as the Shared Mobility Device Program special fund; to amend Ord. No. 2018-058, adopted May 14, 2018, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Special Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by increasing estimated revenues from the permit program for the parking of shared mobility devices on sidewalks set forth in City Code ?? 24-125-24-132 and the amount appropriated to the Department of Public Work's Shared Mobility Device Program special fund by $232,500.00 for the purpose of operating the permit program for the parking of shared mobility devices on sidewalks set forth in City Code ?? 24-125-24-132.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That the Department of Public Works' Bike Share System special fund created by Ordinance No. 2017-163, adopted September 25, 2017, be and is hereby renamed the Department of Public Works' Shared Mobility Device Program special fund.
? 2. That Ordinance No. 2018-058, adopted May 14, 2018, which adopted the Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, be and is hereby amended by increasing estimated revenues from the permit program for the parking of shared mobility devices on sidewalks set forth in sections 24-125 through 24-132 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2015), as amended, by $232,500.00.
? 3. That the funds resulting from the increase in revenues described in section 2 of this ordinance are hereby appropriated to the Special Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019, by increasing estimated revenues by $232,500.00, increasing the amount appropriated for expenditures by $232,500.00, and allotting to the Department of Public Works' Shared Mobility Device Program special fund the sum of $232,500.00 for the purpose of operating the permit program for the parking of shared mobility devices on sidewalks ...
