To approve the text of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Richmond, Virginia, and International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 995 in accordance with City Code section 2-1301.13.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That the text of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Richmond, Virginia, and International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 995 be and is hereby approved in accordance with section 2-1301.13 of the Code of the City of Richmond (2020), as amended.
§ 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
