THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:

I. That Ordinance No. 2023-088, adopted March 27, 2023, be and is hereby amended and reordained as follows:
? 1. That the Chief Administrative Officer, for and on behalf of the City of Richmond, be and is hereby authorized and directed to submit [a] an amended HOME - ARP Allocation Plan to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), in the form of the document attached hereto entitled "Amended HOME - ARP Allocation Plan," and dated [March 31, 2023] April 30, 2024, for the receipt of Home Investment Partnerships - American Rescue Plan (HOME - ARP) Program funds in the amount of $5,840,854.00.
? 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
II. This amendatory ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
