To amend Ord. No. 2023-071, adopted May 8, 2023, as amended by Ord. No. 2023-273, adopted Oct. 10, 2023, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 General Fund Budget and made appropriations pursuant thereto, by changing the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Ninth District pursuant to Va. Code ? 15.2-2503 for the use of the Council Member in the representation of the Ninth District.

WHEREAS, to comply with section 15.2-2503 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, Ordinance No. 2023-071, adopted May 8, 2023, as amended by Ordinance No. 2023-273, adopted October 10, 2023, includes the specific uses and funding allocation planned for the Council District Funds for the Ninth District as a page entitled "City Council 9th District, FY24 Anticipated Expenditure List;" and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Richmond, as authorized by section 15.2-2503 of the Code of Virginia, desires to amend Ordinance No. 2023-071, adopted May 8, 2023, as amended by Ordinance No. 2023-273, adopted October 10, 2023, to change the uses and allocation of the Council District Funds for the Ninth District to provide adjustments to the allocations for various approved uses by the Council Member in the representation of the Ninth District;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
? 1. That Ordinance No. 2023-071, adopted May 8, 2023, as amended by Ordinance No. 2023-273, adopted October 10, 2023, which adopted the General Fund Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024, and made appropriations pursuant thereto, is hereby amended by modifying the attachment entitled "Council FY 2024 District Funds" to strike the page entitled "City Council 9th District, FY24 Anticipated Expenditure List" and insert in its place the page attached to this ordinance entitled "City Council 9th District, FY24 Anticipated Expenditure List, (March 1, 2024)" for the purpose of changing the uses and allocation of t...
