To amend Ord. No. 2021-049, adopted May 24, 2021, which adopted the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Gas Utility Budget and appropriated the estimated revenues of the gas utility, by increasing estimated revenues from an increase in rates paid by gas utility customers and the amount appropriated for the gas utility by $65,000,000.00, for the purpose of reflecting increased costs in natural gas commodity prices.

THE CITY OF RICHMOND HEREBY ORDAINS:
§ 1. That Ordinance No. 2021-049, adopted May 24, 2021, which adopted the Gas Utility Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2022, is hereby amended by increasing the estimated revenues of the gas utility from an increase in rates paid by gas utility customers and the amount appropriated for expenditures of the gas utility by $65,000,000.00 for the purpose of reflecting increased costs in natural gas commodity prices.
§ 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon adoption.
